PS4 Themes

First, I want to point out that there is a difference between PS4 Themes and PS4 backgrounds, so that you know if you are in the right place or not. Many people do not realize that there IS a difference between the two.

What Are PS4 Themes?

PS4 themes are installed to your Playstation to change or modify the background image AND XMB icons. It is a complete customization. Basically it makes it all look completely different. Below is an example.

What Are PS4 Backgrounds?

These are simply files installed on your gaming system to modify the image in the background only. All of the icons will remain the same and the overall look of everything within will remain the same, only the image will change. Below is an example.
